UFC Fitness Pop-Up with Morning Glory

Join Morning Glory on the mezzanine for an awesome fitness partnershop! This is a combination class that offers hi/lo impact moves with body strength training, core work, boxing footwork & moves, and endurance building. We'll also incorporate resistance training and cardio conditioning, with emphasis on strength, boxing, sculpting and toning for a full body conditioning workout!
