The Neverending Story Show Preview | From Theatreworks

Join TheatreWorks of Northern Nevada (TheatreWorks) for a thrilling preview of "The NeverEnding Story" on the Faye's Stage at the Reno Public Market! 

Based upon the Michael Ende novel directed by TheatreWorks own Jay Escobedo, the classic adventure tale begins with Bastian, a lonely boy, who discovers a curious book — “The NeverEnding Story.” As he reads, he is transported to Fantastica, a land of stories destroyed by the Nothing. The Childlike Empress chooses an unlikely hero, Atreyu, a boy of Bastian’s age, to go on a quest to save their world. At the climax of the story, it is Bastian’s belief in a story that takes the audience to a surprising and emotional conclusion.

Debuting Friday, July 7, at TheatreWorks, located at 315 Spokane St., the show will run through the end of July as one of Artown's official scheduled events. Tickets are on sale now and can be bought online at www.twnn.org.
